PAYMENT, DELIVERIES & RETURNS
Payments can be done directly on the Almasati website. All you need to do is select the product or service you want, add it to your cart in the chosen size, and you will be redirected to the page, we process payments with Stripe. You can also contact us to request payment in installments with Tabby for orders below $1,200. Payments are also possible via bank transfer, contact us and we will assist you.
HOW TO PROCESS AN ORDER & TIMELINE:
For any made-to-order creations, contact us and the team will be more than happy to assist you with your bespoke creation.
You can shop any of the products you see on the website, simply by selecting the item for purchase. You can choose your size and desired quantity, click on “Add to Cart”, and the product will appear in your shopping cart on the top right-hand side of the screen. When you're ready to place your order, please proceed to 'Check Out' and follow the process indicated.
Most jewelry is made to order, and it takes 3-4 weeks to process, delivery times will vary.
UAE & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Delivery is free for all orders above $1,200
For orders above $1,200, the order delivery fees will be covered by us.
We add 5% VAT for all UAE deliveries.
We currently use FedEx and DHL as our couriers for local and international deliveries.
We cover customs, import, and duty fees.

UAE- After 3-4 weeks of processing, delivery takes 1-2 working days.
International- After 3-4 weeks of processing, delivery takes 2-5 working days.
UAE- After 3 to 4 weeks of processing from the date of confirmation, delivery takes 1-2 working days.
International- After 3 to 4 weeks of processing from the date of confirmation, delivery takes 2-5 working days.
For any express deliveries you can get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist you. The express fee is $40, and the order can be processed within 2 weeks.
All Sales within the UAE are final, with no exchanges or returns accepted.
All International sales are final, with no exchanges or returns
Most orders are made to order, in the event you are really unhappy with your order or face an issue with the size, let us know and we can check if an exchange will be possible.
CUSTOMIZED & BESPOKE PIECES:
Every piece is designed and produced specially for you - This means customizable jewelry is not exchangeable or returnable.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist you.
DAMAGES & RETURNS:
If you happen to receive your jewelry damaged, please make sure to inform us within 3 days of delivery.
We will be happy to return the piece and change it for you.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
