Thank you for visiting our website. We aim to provide you with exceptional customer service. You can get in touch with us for any orders and inquiries and we will do our best to assist you. Please read the terms and conditions to familiarize yourself with the process of ordering Hiba Jaber Jewelry.
READY DESIGN ORDERS:
You can visit our ‘Shop’ page to explore our seasonal ready collections to make your selection. Please choose your ring size and preferred color of the metal. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and production will start the next working day.
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours from the time of placing the order, and you will receive a full refund. However, once the production has started it will not be possible to cancel the order as we do most jewels based on order.
We do not offer exchanges or returns in most cases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist you.
If an item is faulty upon delivery, please make sure you report the damage within three days from delivery and we will assist you to exchange the product.
Once you have confirmed the payment of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund, after that the order cannot be canceled.
We have provided you with a size chart to help you determine your exact ring size, please contact us if you need help figuring out your size. We don't need the size for the design stage, so if you don't have it right away, no worries.
Should we need more information from you, regarding the design, we will get in touch with you before we start the design process.
You will receive a professional design within 3-6 working days from the date of confirmation, based on the specifications you have provided. You will then be able to review and share your feedback towards the final design. We will make sure you love the design.
Any agreed amendments will be made and the final design will be sent to you for approval before the design goes to production.
Once the order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to amend the size or ask for an exchange or refund.
Once the design has been approved and confirmed, your jewelry is then hand-made by our talented craftsmen. You can expect your unique piece to be ready between 2 to 3 weeks from the date of design confirmation. It will be prepared and dispatched by Almasati, and you will be notified.
For any urgent or express orders, let us know and we will do our best to assist you. We offer the express service with an additional charge of $40, orders can be ready within 14 days, but this depends on the complexity of the order.
We do our best to deliver the order on time, although we might be faced with delays beyond our control at times.
Any orders of personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, as these are created to your individual preference.
The jewelry will be delivered to you, carefully packaged in an Almasati box and packaging set.
If for any unfortunate reason we cannot fulfill the order or process it, you will be notified within 7 working days and payment will be returned.
Please note that Almasati does not design any jewelry that includes the use of inappropriate language.
You get a five-year warranty on your Almasati jewelry piece for normal wear & tear. For any issues faced after one year, let us know and we will see what we can do to assist you.
The prices indicated are fairly accurate; please note that depending on the order and the complexity of the design, the price may vary slightly from the one indicated. In each case, the customer will be notified.

It is very important to choose the correct ring size and for that reason, we provide you with the guidelines to measure your exact size. You can find all the details on the ring size tab on the main home page at the bottom right-hand side. Once the order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to amend the size or ask for an exchange or refund, nonetheless, in most cases, it will be possible to adjust the size, mainly just one size up or down.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Almasati delivers worldwide.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the user at the time the order is placed.
We ship worldwide except for a few countries that are not possible due to reasons beyond our control.

Local and International delivery is handled by FedEx and/or DHL.
General guidelines on delivery times are as follows:
Once the order is ready to dispatch, delivery will take 1 to 2 working days to UAE and 2 to 6 working days worldwide.
We do our best to ship on time, but sometimes there might be delays that are beyond our control.
All products are carefully packaged to ensure the safe delivery of goods. Customers must check the goods at the time of delivery.
For any urgent or express deliveries, let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
We offer free shipping for all orders above $1,200
VAT will be at your own expense
we cover customs, duty, and handling fees on your behalf.
REPAIRS AND DAMAGES:
If you face any issues with the delivery such as damages, missing pieces, or broken or faulty products, with no fault of your own and proof that the item has not been worn, you must communicate any concerns to us within 3 days from the date of delivery and we will assist you. We will cover the shipping cost for any repairs that are not your fault.
FIVE YEAR WARRANTY:
Within the five-year warranty, we are happy to repair any damages that result from normal wear and tear conditions, including any stones falling out or ring alignment. Please let us know and we will gladly repair it for you at no additional cost. Get in touch with us at info@HibaJaber.com and we will take care of it. The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from misuse.
If you face any issues with the jewelry after that period, you can let us know and we will provide you with a repair estimate before you ship it back to us, and we will let you know if it will be possible to fix it. In most cases, damages should be easily fixable and can be done at any nearby jewelry shop.
In most cases, shipping the product back to us will be at your own expense.

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be increased or decreased, including any alteration to the rate of value-added tax. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability. All orders are subject to acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

Hiba Jaber Jewelry takes great care with the colors of the products as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may result in a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, specifications may change slightly.
Also, products are handmade with high attention to detail, which allows for slight variations in production.

Ownership of the product passes over from Almasati to the customer on confirmation of receipt of payment.
Your email registration and personal details are used for newsletter purposes and for our own database. Customer details will not be shared with third parties.

We accept Credit Card, Visa Debit Card via Stripe. We do not cover any additional transaction fees or currency charges.
